Area description

Close to the famous "Karmelitermarkt" and the "Augarten" park, in a nice neighborhoud with restaurant and cafes. The Tram number 31 will take you to the center (only 2 stops), from there you will have the chance to travel also with the  Underground chossing between the line U2 and U4.  The city center is also reachable with a nice 15 minutes walk.
